Nigerian Army humiliate Ibadan residents under Operation Burst

The residents of Ibadan have been left in shock after what they described as humiliation and lack of focus from the Nigerian Army that was saddled with Operation Burst that was inaugurated by His Excellency Sheyi Makinde was days ago.
Operation Burst was inaugurated to calm the situation in the state after a peaceful protest by #EndSARS protesters turned violent and some people died.
A resident described his ordeal on Twitter. He said that the Nigerian Army is barbing people’s hair. According to him, he was returning from service on Sunday when he ran into them and they had to use scissors to bard his hair.

In a video that was obtained by Top Trends Nigeria, A woman was seen being flogged by a man in military uniform. It was alleged that she was being flogged for indecent dressing.
