Meet The First Female To Have Her Signature On Naira Note
Mrs. Priscilla Ekwere Eleje has become the first female to have her signature in Nigeria currency.
Mrs. Eleje was an acting director of currency and operation at Central Bank Of Nigeria (CBN), but recently she was confirmed as the substantive director of the Central Bank Of Nigeria.
By virtue of her appointment, Mrs. Eleje has become the first director of currency in the history of the Bank and as such her signature has been appended on the Naira.
Meanwhile, an insider at the CBN has revealed that the governor of the bank Godwin Emefiele has been working hard to ensure that more women come to the table
