I Will Challenge My Suspension In Court- Onnoghen

The embattled ex- CJN of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen has stated that his suspension by the president of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari is unprecedented and will be challenged in the court of law.

Onnoghen made the revelation through one of his legal team who spoke the journalists, he also disclosed that the CJN was not served with the court processes before the desperate president removed him.

However, the National Judiciary Council has fixed a crucial emergency meeting to hold in Abuja on Tuesday by 10.am with the main purpose to look into the matter.
