Medical Director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation Lagos Found Guilty of Rape
The medical director of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Doctor Olufemi Olaleye has been allegedly found guilty of raping his wife’s niece.
Justice Rahman Oshodi of the Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence court on Tuesday found the medical doctor guilty rape.
The judge said that the evidence from the victim and the doctor who carried out the medical examination were the same. Stressing that the Doctor’s confessional statement and his social media messages with his wife were enough evidence against him.
The statement and undertaking the director wrote at Anthony Police Station together with Olalekan Buruji, his lawyer with his NBA seal, proved that Olufemi Olaleye raped his wife’s niece and ordered her to suck his dick Justice Oshodi said.
The doctor is guilty of the offense of defilement and sexual penetration of a 15-year-old minor. Hence, the judge stated that based on the evidence available the court was able to prove the case beyond reasonable doubt.
