Rochas Okorocha Excited As He Decorates A Female Police Officer
Imo state governor, Rochas Okorocha was very happy and excited as he decorates female police officer after she was promoted to a new rank, the governor who was joined by Brigadier General Commander of 34 artillery Brigade in Obinze, Brigadier T.Y Tukura.
The Governor Encouraged the police officer to continue working hard seeing that the nation is proud of her.
