A faction of Ohanaeze Ndigbo, led by Chidi Ibeh, has revealed that it is engaged in confidential negotiations with the goal of securing the release of Nnamdi Kanu, the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), by the end of the year.
