NOUN Graduates Can Now Attend Law School And Participate In NYSC

Graduates from the National Open University of Nigeria were not allowed to participate in NYSC nor attend Law School but the matter has been laid to rest the President Muhammadu Buhari after assenting to the NOUN Amendment Act.

This was made known to state house correspondents by Senator Ita Enang the Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters on Friday in Abuja.

Senator Enang said
“President Buhari has also assented to National Open University Amendment Act, which allows the National Open University to operate, as all other universities, having the same power and functions and the same administrative structures.”‎

Mr. Carl Umegboro the Chairman of NOUN Law Graduate Forum speaking in Abuja said the NOUN Amendment Act would resolve the crises that have pledged them as Law Graduate of NOUN.

The also express joy to the Presidents assent to the bill and it will now lay to rest the crisis and NOUN Law Graduates can now attend Law Schools as well as NYSC
