Lagos State APC Primaries remains valid – Babatunde Balogun

Mr. Babatunde Balogun the All Progressive Congress Chairman APC of Lagos has said that the Governorship Primary election that was held earlier today remains valid.

He said this after the All progressive Congress National Working Committee outrightly declared the Primaries invalid

The Committee led by Mr. Clement Ebri declared the election invalid at a Press conference held in Protea Hotel,
Alausa Ikeja, Lagos State.

Mr. Clement Ebri said the Governorship Primaries could not have held because his committee is still ironing out the guidelines for the exercise.

Mr. Balogun insisted that the APC Governorship Primaries of Lagos state held successful at all the 245 wards without a single record of violence.

He also said that it was peaceful and fair and that the election was conducted in accordance with the All Progressive Congress APC constitution.
