Juventus’ Ronaldo to be out of action till 2019

Christiano Ronaldo is set to be out of action for a good number of months with the Portuguese national team, which will rule him out until next year 2019.

The 5 time World Best player and Portuguese captain has reaffirmed his commitment to the Portuguese national team, despite deciding not to be among the squad for the UEFA nations League Cup qualifier of October and November.

I have spoken to the National team coach Fernando Santos, and he understood my reasons to be out of his provisional squad for the rest of 2018- says Christiano Ronaldo.

The Portuguese coach afterwards confirmed that his client made it known to him, and with his personal decision, I will respect that, and I have sent my support to him on the current rape case he is into.

This means that Christiano Ronaldo will focus on his new team Juventus without any National duty on the cards until 2019.
