Just In: Gov Nyesome Wike Imposes curfew a 24 curfew on River State

On Sunday, Governor Nyesom Wike has imposed a 24hrs curfew on some parts of Port Harcourt the capital of River State.

The reason for the curfew according to him was because of the upsurge of cult gang activities and other related violence.

The curfew will start on Monday the 23 of November and will last for 2 weeks. Also, it will be covering the entire area of Okoro-Nu-Odu flyover in Rumuokoro.

Gov Nyesom Wike directed security agencies to arrest any trader who displays goods around the flyover.

However, Julius Berger and its staff were exempted from the curfew.
