How to link your AIRTEL SIM Card to NIN
Following the instruction by the National Communication Commission for all SIM cards to be linked to the user’s National identification number NIN, Airtel has released guidelines for its customers to do so.
Airtel which is owned by Bharti Airtel Limited is an Indian multinational telecommunication company with headquarters in New Delhi India.
Its operations span across eighteen 18 countries in South Asia and Africa.
Airtel was established on 7th July 1995 by Suni Bharti Mittal and has Gopal Vittal as its current CEO.

AIRTEL NIN Registration
The directive for all SIM Cards in Nigeria to be linked to NCC will elapse on the 30th of December 2020. NCC has directed all mobile operators to block any SIM Card that is not linked to NIN after that time.
Airtel in Nigeria is known by Nigerians as the best network for data subscriptions. Airtel is however ranked as the second-best network service provider in Nigeria. They are also known to reward their customers with airtime and data for browsing after any service disruption.
