Didier Drogba Has Retired From Playing Football

A football legend Didier Drogba has retired from playing football at the age of forty. The footballer hanged his boot following Pheonix Rising’s 1-0 defeat against Louisville City in the USL cup final on Thursday night.

Drogba had helped Phoenix reach the final by scoring three goals in three matches which includes a powerful free-kick which he scored in the team’s post season’s opener, but unfortunately, to him, he couldn’t help his dear club lift the trophy.

during Didier’s remarkable 20-years playing carrier, he won four premier leagues titles, three league cups, two premier league Golden Boots joined with the UEFA Champion League with Chelsea.

Drogba made more impact when he also won the Turkish Cup, Turkish football’s player of the year award and two African players of the year award.
