Breaking News: Supreme Court Decides Atiku,Obi’s Fate Tomorrow
The Supreme Court sitting in Abuja has fixed Thursday 26th October 2023 to deliver judgment on the appeals made by the presidential candidates of the Peoples Democratic Party(PDP), Atiku Abubakar, and that of Labour Party (LP), Peter Obi, respectively.
The parties involved are praying the apex court should set aside the judgment by the presidential election tribunal which affirmed the election of President Bola Tinubu.
The Director of Information of the Supreme Court, Dr. Festus Akande, in a telephone call on Wednesday stated that the judgment on the appeals had been scheduled for tomorrow being Thursday.
He said, “Tomorrow, Thursday, has been fixed for the judgment on the appeals brought by Atiku and Peter Obi.”
