Breaking: Adams Oshiomole’s Faction Heads To Court
The factional National Working Committee, NWC of the ruling All Progressive Congress in Nigeria led by Mr Adams Oshiomole has expressed dissatisfaction on the decision of the party leaders to dissolve the NWC of the party which was formerly led by Mr Adams.
The aggrieved faction has decided to approach a court of law to contest the dissolution by the president of the federal republic of Nigeria, President Mohammadu Buhari and the National Executives Committee, NEC of the party.
According to information reaching Top Trends Nigeria, a National Working Committee Member who is loyal to Oshiomole’s faction has disclosed that there is no provision of the caretaker committee in the constitution of the ruling party, he thereby insisted that they are infractions committed by the NEC in that decision.
He promised the general public that his faction will soon issue statement on the current development in the party.
However, it is worthy of note that the party’s new acting caretaker committee has taken full control of the party.
