Atiku,Tinubu and Obi Absent as Supreme Court decides their fate today

The Abuja Supreme Court sitting in Abuja is to decide the fate of Tinubu, of All Progressive Congress, Atiku, of Peoples Democratic Party, and Obi of Labour Party today, however, it is gathered from a source that Peter Obi and his Counterpart Atiku Abubakar are absent in the supreme court.

 

The judgement is expected to be delivered today Thursday 27th Oct, 2023 on their appeals against the tribunal’s judgement which affirmed President Bola Tinubu as the winner of the February 25, 2023, presidential election.

Present in the court are the Chief of Staff to the president, Femi Gbajabiamila; FCT Minister, Nyesom Wike; APC national chairman, Abdullahi Ganduje; National Security Adviser, Nuhu Ribadu, and the National Chairman of the Labour Party, Julius Abure.
