ASUU declares Indefinite Strike, but adviced New Students on what to do

The Academic staff union of universities (ASUU) Embarkes on a
strike.

The initial labour meeting,organised by the federal goverment
on sunday night,to resolve the impasse of the new minimum wage, was
shunned, and regardlless to the Nigerian labour congress (NLC).

A total numeration of zero was found present in the meeting which was held in
the office of the secretary to the president, Boss Mustaphar.

Is considered regardless,

he further said that the only meeting that they would partake in is the newly sheduled meeting today(5/11/2018) for
the Triparty commity report signing.

The newsline had it that ladbour
leaders and officials had the mobile phones and gadgets switched off
to avoid distractions and disturbances from the goverment team.

However, the federal goverment has decided to decend on unions that would heed to labour directives to proceed the strike action.

Finally, the ASUU officials released a statement to newly admitted students into universities to try and do every necessary things required of the school, in terms of their normal registration and screening exercise before joining the rest of the Students for holidays.
