APC Considers Postponement of Presidential Election – Fayose

Ayodele Fayose the former Governor of Ekiti State in a recent tweet on Twitter, claims that the leadership of APC held a crucial meeting in which they are considering seriously to postponed the 2019 Presidential Election scheduled to hold on 16th February 2019.

He claimed that they are considering that because of the Burning of INEC offices in Anambra State, Abia State and Plateau State as well as insecurity in some areas of the country as an excuse.

They have been reports of burning of Permanent Voters Cards (PVC) in some states and Boko Haram insurgency seem to be on the increase in recent times.

We will recall that former President Goodluck Jonathan had to postpone the 2015 Presidential election because of the insurgency.

Also, Ayodele Fayose has been facing corruption charges because of his involvement in the 2015 Presidential election.

He had earlier claimed that the Federal Government imported equipment from Isreal to jam signals during the election.
