The Only Way To Stop Us Is By Killing Us- Adolphus Wagbara

Former Senate President of Nigeria, Senator Adolphus Wagbara has stated that himself and other big fishes in PDP caucus are still active in the political game in Nigeria and hopes to remain so until the day they will die.

According to him, “We are in this game for life and will remain so until we die, they can only try to stop us but they can’t because of our commitment and resolve to see our people living a better life”

He made this statement at PDP’s campaign rally at Ukwa East Local Government Area of Abia State. Among notable men who attended the rally includes the Governor Of Abia State, Governor Okezie Ikpeazu, Senator Enyinnaya Abaribe, Chief Nkwonta, Chief Oko Chukwu who is the Deputy Governor of the State.

The Former Senate president also thanked the governor for choosing the Ukwa East as one of the host community of the proposed Enyimba Economic City.

” My people should stop complaining, our governor knows what he is doing. He has good plans for Ukwa people but he must start from somewhere, he understands economist too well that is the reason why he has decided to focus much in Aba as the economic hub of Abia state, the money he will generate in Aba will be invested in Ukwa and another part of the state. Have you heard of the Proposed Enyimba Economic City? we are the host community, will create seven thousand jobs in four years, there will be inland and seaport, and our people will be the major beneficiary, just be wise, don’t miss this opportunity, return PDP to power and this project will become a reality.

While he was speaking, a policeman mistakenly released tear gas in the air which quickly affected the past senator, according to our newsman who was present at the campaign ground, the former Senate president who mistakes the tear gas as a spiritual attack from the opposition party said in an angry mood,

“I don’t know what they spread here that every one including the state governor is coughing, so tell them that they can’t stop us, they only way they can stop us is by killing us, so let them get ready to kill us all, as long as we are still alive we will continue to play politics, we will do this till we die.

On his own part, the governor thanked the Ndoki Royal father for crowning him as a prince in Ndoki even as he promises to work for the bettermernt of Ukwa nation.
