Police Discovers Criminal Hideouts And Captures Seven Suspected Cultist
The Police recently discovered some hidden criminal hideouts recently in Delta state. On the process, the Nigerian Police force was able to take tremendous charge over seven suspected individuals which are said to be a cultist. It includes a female amongst them.
These suspects were said to be terrorizing several communities in the State. The Nigerian Police Force detectives also pounced on a robbery gang somewhere in the State, and in the process arrested a member while the
gangsters were planning a robbery operation at Erho-Abraka community in the State.
Meanwhile, one of the suspected cultists who luckily escaped from the police custody through the window of a Police Station has been unfortunately re-arrested by the Police Force.
However, one Mr. Micheal Onwuka was shot on his leg and stomach by one of the marauding cultists during the re-arrest process, through the use of a locally made gun at Idumunei quarters, Issele-Uku, Delta State.
The Commissioner of Police, Delta Command, Mr. Muhammad Mustafa, was in an an interview due to the incidents of recent happenings, he disclosed to the media in Asaba that “the Police received a distress call that suspected armed bandits were sighted at Erho Primary School, Abraka while preparing for their operations. Patrol team/vigilante group swung into action, which led to the arrest of one of the suspects, Ovie of Erho village.”
