Man To Pay N10M For Accusing Acting CJN Wrongly

A man by name Tochi Micheal who was alleged to have accused the acting Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Mohamed Tanko of age falsification will have to pay a whopping sum of ten million nairas in three weeks.

The Federal High Court made the jurisdiction on Friday 31th May 2019 at Abuja.

The Plaintiff had alleged the Acting CJN had reduced his age by three years using December 31, 1953, instead of December 31, 1950.

However, the court dismissed the suit.
