Borno – NAF Beings Operation Green Sweep Boko Haram Camp
Recently in Nigeria, the Air Task Force (ATF) Has succeeded in destroying one Boko Haram Camp located at a community called “Buk” near an Alangarno forest in Borno State, Nigeria.
This information was disclosed on Friday, the 16th of November 2018. By the Director of Public Relations and Information, ‘Air Commodore Ibikunle Daramola’. He stated that the activity began on Wednesday the 14th of November 2018.
Also, he added that the activity was aided by the Nigerian Air Task Force (ATF), who conducted an intelligent surveillance operation which enhanced the discovery of the recent Boko Haram Camp Which was found beneath thick vegetation in Borno, alongside the Boko Haram terrorist (BHT) c2 center”.
The operation went successfully with the help of an ‘Alpha jet and a 2 m-35 attack helicopter’, these helped in causing vital damages in the BHT c2 center” he said.
Stakeholders said, “the Airforce and other military force will enhance quick degrading of all the remnants of the Boko Haram Terrorist group in Borno State”.
